Terms of Service

ProdUX Studio provides subscription-based productized UX/UI design services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Our services operate on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. If payment fails, we may retry processing. Continued failure may result in immediate suspension of services until payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect your current billing period.

You may cancel or request a pause at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Paused subscriptions must be requested before the next billing cycle begins.

Due to the nature of subscription-based design services, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us immediately. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deliverables.

Clients may submit unlimited design requests while subscribed. Requests are completed sequentially, one active request at a time unless otherwise agreed. Most standard requests are completed within 2–3 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We may request clarification, assets, or feedback before beginning or continuing work on a request.

Revisions are unlimited and included in your subscription. Revisions must relate to the most recently delivered design. Revisions do not include entirely new concepts or scope changes unrelated to the original request.

Your subscription includes UX/UI design services delivered in Figma, including but not limited to: • Wireframes • High-fidelity UI design • UX flows • Dashboard and SaaS interface design • Design systems and components • Front-end or back-end development • Copywriting Excluded services include (unless otherwise agreed): • Motion graphics • 3D work • Marketing strategy • Paid advertising management We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the defined scope.

Clients agree to: • Provide timely feedback • Supply required assets and credentials • Maintain a single point of contact • Use deliverables in accordance with applicable laws Delays in feedback may delay turnaround times.

Upon full payment, clients own the final design deliverables produced during their active subscription period. ProdUX Studio retains ownership of: • Internal processes • Templates • Frameworks • Design methodologies • Reusable systems and tools We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the subscription.

Our services may involve tools such as Figma, Stripe, Loom, or other third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and complying with those platforms’ terms. We are not liable for service interruptions or issues caused by third-party tools.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages.

Either party may terminate immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of ProdUX Studio’s principal place of business. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
